Personally, I would replace the BP for a CR, not just because it's a light weapon, but also for fitting space. Then I'd remove the second damp (you won't need it 90% of the time in pubs), replace it with a ferroscale, then I'd tone down the REs to (since you seem to like them) adv, then I'd change the cloak to adv, then use Proto shield mods. No nade (no space).
Voila, my go-to proto pub fit.

1 damp really is sufficient most of the time. Being passively scanned isn't really an issue either, since the scouts' scan range was butched. There should be in the knife in the neck of any medium or heavy by the time they passively scan you. I only use 2 damps if I'm being actively scanned.
