But seriously, you just freshly came out from Academy with cheap and probably poorly fitted suits. Why do you expect to take out PRO suits 1on1? Especially with a Scout. You are twice as fast as a brick tanked Amarr Assault, ran away from them, put them an RE or attack them from behind.

I've got a proto scout and adv assault. Its just too hard to do well anymore. My scout CK.0 with about 400hp can do crap against an assault rifle.
