SImply put, if you feel that the mix of stats that the Amarr suits have is not worth it....*then don't use them*. Don't care about stamina? Go with Gallente then. They're faster, much less stamina, more even speed/HP ratio.

Stamina isn't a big deal lol when you are in a gun fight your stamina doesn't help , when your in a gun fight your stamina doesn't move infact being in a gun fight for merely 9 seconds your at full stamina (if you used it all up)....this big stamina pool we have doesn't mean ****......there is no place on the battle field where you have to outrun your opponent to gain the upper hand in battle. speed on the other hand gets you into favorable positions better then stamina does, so stop. stamina isn't an attribute that helps you in combat....especially when you are the slowest on the feild
Then use a suit with less focus on stamina and one with more focus on speed? I don't really see the issue here.
Some people like having more stamina, myself being one of them. Some people don't care about stamina such as yourself, so why are you using a suit that specializes in stamina?

If you want to QQ about having only +37.5 ehp you should at least realize the movement penalty is only 4%. Meanwhile cal and gal should be complaining much more for they get the same ehp advantage over minmatar except with a 6% movement penalty. People love to ignore the fact that its a penalty that applies to 3 different stats that help in direct combat . the amar have 7.5% more ehp then cal/gal but has 12% reduction in speed compared to them. The amar have 15% more ehp with a 30% reduction in speed compared to min. You should review the concepts of percent difference. Ps you have 5 lows and the highest PG of all assaults. I think it is possible for you to fit a kincat. What is your solution for the persons in Amarr Logistics suits who have reduced PG, and are missing a module slot?
Fix the ****** up Logi slot layouts as a whole? Seriously most of them are terribad.
