They require the least skill of any weapon in this game, and are the most dangerous.
If this game had ANY logic to it's design, Plasma Cannons would be the most powerful AV. Instead, Plasma Cannon users have to deal with an arc AND slow projectile speed, and their reward for getting hits despite those is to do a pitiful amount of damage while some skill-less Swarm user just holds down R1 three times and then waits through a short reload before doing that again until he runs out of ammo. I see you've never used swarms. It does take skill. If you don't time your shots just right the pilot will simply run off quickly, regen, and come back for another round. Plus swarms barely scratch shield tanks, even at proto. So unless the pilot is an idiot, or you coordinate your attack with another av player, vehicles can be on the verge of invincibility. Why are we even having this conversation again? Wtf Because English er, Takahiro tried "making a point" by posting on his alt.
Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are OP (especially Minmatar speed tanks)

Why are we even having this conversation again? Wtf I'm only going to say that I have some specialization into swarms on my alt and they do NOT require skill to use. It's total bs to say that they require timing to pull. You just shoot them as quickly as possible before the vehicle runs out of your range. There's nothig more to it. Yes, there are times where it can be this easy, though not every time will it be this easy.
If the guy in the HAV doesn't have the greatest judgement and gets caught out in the open then yes, yes it will certainly be that easy.
If he knows what he is doing in an HAV and has available structural obstructions, it'll be a lot harder than what you describe and will require skill or coordination in order to successfully kill the HAV.
Technically, you're both correct.
