It's 1 mans word against another's but somehow since he makes videos it magically makes his word mean more in his eyes, I believe. I wouldn't actually say too many people are producing tears over him, it seems to be more of a thing within the Dust forums. There always has to be a whipping boy at one point or another. We've had temporaries, like Uzumaki, Sprk ((Or however his name was spelled)) and even Pyrex at times, but Thunberbolt has been one of the few constants, and since the others have mostly gone away, the ridicule has once more switched back to him. In terms of successfulness on the troll scale though, whether he is or isn't, I'd rate him at a 42 out of 10. I want to punch.

Just do what I do,continue to ignore the guys existence, play the game your way, and if you see him in a pub sh*t all over him and hope he is stupid enough to upload it to Youtube calling you a cheater! I've seen several videos of some impossible 0/0 walk aways, dissapearing acts, and tanks skipping out from under swarms. Cause it, totally possible. If the game itself has to calculate all the in-game info from different players with different setups all going at it in different places all at once. How do those guys with modded controllers and lag switches think the server fairs when their controllers are spspamming fire request? Just because you're not lagging using them doesn't mean others who aren't using them aren't lagging. That's why you can sometimes die before all your armor is gone. The game can't register fast enough. You see this when you're down by multiple enemies, and when you're fired upon by turbo controllers. You get that "I can't move" feeling. You know you need to take cover, but your character seems to go into pre-death mode. I've heard convos, and seen chats where guys are all but blatantly admitting to using them. Especially during PC. Now if the game wasn't designed with the use of them in mind? How do we know what effect they do or don't have on those around us? For all we know they could be causin the very lag everyone is experiencing. Are we really gonna sit here and pretend to believe that everybodies Internet is 3rd world? In 2015? Really? I was directly on other side of issue. I do not felt lag at all, but other side have "directly same issue" (like king thunderbolt here) and without any kind of thinking starts to acusate from cheating and be somehow bad. What i trying to say, CCP needs to put some effort to server connection. Newbies need to turn off media in connection settings of Ps3. And we all defo needs more servers for regional balance. With these all we can have flawless games in future. *"We build from rust"*

Alot of people experience this same outcome from this corporation. Saxonmish doesn't produce this result when he's rolling in game... Part of the same corporation. But when a certain group in that corporation that always plays together in third rock get's together, the entire matches game performance suffers. This is why the average player who has been around DUST for 6 months+ accredit it to the whole group using Turbo controllers. Nothing to do with their "Leet" aim... Or they being some "Unbeatable" force.... Just the fact that your game turns into a slideshow whenever you are around them. When you are 400m away? It is fine.

In kinda pseudo internet slang i suppose it is.. But PC players can see this plain as day as terrible low frame rate.. Frame rate isn't just the rate that you see the game and the pretty pictures. It is also the rate in which the game reads you inputs per second. The lower the frame rate. The less you input per second is being registered hence hindering not only the rate of information that can be perceived but also the rate of information the game is reading from your direct input. This is often what players refer to as "Lagg" on these forums... Rare is it really Latency based lagg in DUST... the servers are quite good.. And if it is latency based more often then not it is truly client side. But frame rate lagg is a completely different matter, this is also amplified by the fact that all hit detection is done server side.. And really can start to impact total game performance. Here is an entire scientific study on Frame rate's direct impact on gamer performance and the most key... ENJOYMENT.

Nevertheless, some players might have find a way to take advantage of it and "control" it.
