The three other empires took years of R&D to make their rifles as accurate as possible with the Gallente even having protocols built into their Assault suits to improve the Accuracy of their Assault Rifle.

The Minmatar just made it a burst weapon so that recoil was irrelevant.

The Gallente decided to just use as much Armor as possible as well as reppers. The Caldari decided to use as much shields as possible and use rechargers and regulators to keep them in fighting order. The Amarr saw the weakness in both these systems so they decided to just use as much Armor and Shields as possible.

The Minmatar thought it was better to not get hit in the first place so they made a health balanced suit that was fast.

The Minmatar are the most intelligent of all the people because they find easy solutions instead of relying on superfluous technology that will just give them more trouble down the line.

Sir Dukey- If one person is smart he should be able to keep vehicle at bay but not destroy it unless its a stupid driver
