Minmatar Ingenuity Makes Them Technologically Superior

Target Acquisition The Amarr spent a ton on visual systems to help users detect fast movements, the Gallente made use of as many visual inputs as possible to find targets in even the foggiest of conditions. They are resource rich and didn't have excessively complicated products that they had to produce like the other Empires. So they lagged behind in innovation when it came to space. The fact that they are the youngest Empire also ensures that they do not have the same military capabilities as the other Empires. Though when it comes to inner atmospheric combat the Minmatar are just as capable as the other Empires yet unlike the other Empires they can sustain their militaries off of the most basic of machines. Accuracy wise I don't see your point, the Scrambler Rifle is a semi auto weapon, so recoil is even less of a thing there. Plus having accurate full auto fire isn't the same as having accurate burst fire. The Caldari decided to use as much shields as possible and use rechargers and regulators to keep them in fighting order. The Amarr saw the weakness in both these systems so they decided to just use as much Armor and Shields as possible. The Minmatar thought it was better to not get hit in the first place so they made a health balanced suit that was fast.
