I totally understand a person not playing if his boosters aren't active.
Doing so would result in a loss of SP (as using up cap without max boosters would cause loss)

Not true. For the nice people, I was amazing. I would move mountains to make you happy. For the average customer who was just upset with the product I was sympathetic, prompt, and helpful. For the douches who believed they deserved to be treated like the kings and queens of all creation because the product didn't work for a fraction of a second I did the absolute minimum to get them working and I did not rush.

The later group was rare. Maybe 1 in 20 people were like that.
