Activated a three day booster and it disappeared. Bought 3 seven day boosters all three never showed in my inventory...

We have a 750,000 weekly cap - also they are not activated simply by being added to inventory. He can activate them later. His attitude is less than adult like, so I tend side with Ripley and the others on this especially since this isn't the right forum to request either a refund or remediation.
