You also missed the part where he said swarms are the I-win button of AV, requiring no aim and not having to maintain a lock for a successful hit. Going around corners doesn't help either, because they turn right angles to hit you anyway. I've lost a ton of vehicles because of this. Swarms are far more intelligent than their users.
Don't forget invisible, LOTS OF THEM ARE STILL ******* INVISIBLE.

Keep in mind Half the games vehicles are yet to even be implemented.
Off the top of my head, I think missile tanks could use a slight increase to splash damage. They should be less effective against infantry than other vehicles, but not completely useless.
