Okey this is just post to blow IF some steam.
Its geting old with the cal scout doing the Matrix dance and lighting up like some kind of christmas lighting not taking damage.
Oh and where can i ad a english speling to iPhone 6

I'm not so sure exactly what the problem is but I know what you are talking about and I am 99% sure it is NOT only Caldari scouts that make this happen.
Sometimes other suits seem to take no damage, sometimes it is the weapon glitching out etc...
I will say this however, the Caldari scout has really insane shield statistics in terms of shield regen, delay times etc. So much so that my Caldari Sentinel would love to get its hands on them stats!
Personally I think that adds to what ever glitches and errors are present.

I'm convinced it is the shields. Do 200hp worth of damage to a 400ehp Cal scout and they will still have a good chunk of shield remaining, even though they only have half their ehp left. Do 200hp worth of damage to a 400ehp gal scout and you will strip their shields and start to eat into the armor. In both cases the same amount of damage is applied, however it appears you hurt the gal suit more due to the difference in primary tank in shield tank vs armor suits.

Mass driver = dead strafer. Especially if you aim just in front of them ( not on their feet, a little forward). this throws up a cloud of smoke that is hard to impossible to see through for them. Now, they have to figure out where you are and are missing shots while they do that, especially if you yourself are a fast strafer, such as a min-sault.
EDIT: The mass driver even has cqc markers on it (those two lines above the circle on the leaf sight)

Lhughes his making videos now, you can spot some cal scouts in there, and they die pretty fast.
Not had any trouble myself either, piece of cake.
It's much harder to kill min scouts running 3 kincats

As a cal scout, I really don't notice people missing me very often. There are times that I can dance out of the way and I know for damn sure I make tank drivers angry. I think the culprit here as always is key board and mouse users. They have far better dancedancedance moves

However I do love this game and it's a good get away for me to relax and put my mind on other things for a while.

Don't have to make that crap up , DS3 users experience it on a daily and I adjust my settings and still can't compete with that crap half the time .

I have not experienced this. I find that the Caldari Scout avoids just as much as the Minmatar Scout. While I have not used the Minimatar Scout, I have just as much problem hitting them as I do hitting Caldari Scout when we are both bouncing around like Loony Toon characters.
When I read these posts, I am really curious what people are witnessing to make statements that the Caldari Scout is different than the others and I wonder why I have not seen it as well. Is it possible that it is just the most popular Scout so more people are used to seeing them dance? Really curious what I might be missing.

I have problems with bigger screens.
kinda like when watching movies and the sound is off because the sound is quicker then the pic updates. very common and recievers even have options to fix that sound wise. wont help with syncing what you see and what is really happening in a game.
128in tv WOW bet it takes a extra millasecound for it to display. sure game may be 30 fps but delayed to the screen vs instant on smaller tv.
but if you have a 128in tv i guess your rich enough to have all gold wires and everything to make it just as fast and in sync as a smaller tv.
I could be totally wrong. Just know the difference from playing on 32in and 64in samsung tvs make a big difference for me both in game and watching movies. 32 I don't have to alter reciever to get the sound and movie to be in sync.
