Min commando Do you mean more slots or more pg/cpu? Cause I can fit all proto modules on mine with a proto assault md and a bk42 cr with no problem.
Notice how the bk42 isn't proto? What about proto equipment? Assaults have little trouble fitting all pro, I mean really all pro. So yes, I mean more cpu/PG aka fitting capacity. If that doesn't resolve their UPness then I'd add another slot. |

I always saw the Commando best suited as sort of an assault / AV hybrid, as that's all it can really do that no other suit does well.
I think they need a bit more EHP, and I see no reason they shouldn't have a grenade slot.

I would give it an armor and shield buff. maybe 2 more slots, or just 1 more CPU PG Add 1 more effect This changes because it was the Buffy version of assaults and after assault buff, commandos are just a joke, the slot is because when ccp buffed assaults they add them 2 slots, also more hp, CPU, PG so basically assaults took the comando position and way better that it was, so I would say that adding a new effect that helps commandos with Their weapon usage is a good thing, for example 4% more range per lvl, so they can be like dreadnought but in dust, after all 1 good assault will get him easily and don't talk about scouts...

The commando (minmando) is pretty OK right now. It could use a little more hp (1 more high or low slot) and I'd like to see more ammo on the suit. So please give us a 10-20% more ammo pool skill. This would make it much more flexible, since right now, you pretty much need to bring hives.
I would also propose, that at least the Calmandon gets a Swarm Launcher lock on bonus, so that he does the same dps as the minmando. |

I play Gallente commando basic with a basic plasma canon and basic beach assault rifle. You're a mission support specialist. Not meant for solo play. You're typically an Extra gun while filling an Extra role as needed.
Caldari: tactical suppression unit. Amarr: long range fire team suppression unit. Gallente: Close quarters specialist with the shotgun or added fixed enemy placement removal with the plasma canon.
With the Gallente I can say that their commando is my favorite. I typically carry the plasma canon because it's a good counter to heavy spam and scares off most vehicles. I always stay with the squad in my basic suit. I tend to go positive in kdr and isk efficiency. Minmitar: these are much similar to the Gallente suit but you need to specialize in anti infantry or anti vehicle. The Minmitar commando is the best suited to hit drop ships.
The trick to the commando is much like the logi. But consider yourself an offensive logi. You're meant for fire support. Stay with your squad, mind your cover, utilize the strength and weaknesses of your weapons and speed.
