i load game see uprising 1.10 press x on my character to choose it i get msg GÇ£you have been disconnected because of an internal error.

You aren't the only one dealing with this issue. I've been having the same issue recently, I kept getting disconnected so much that my Minmatar MQ was replaced with a Caldari MQ, then switched back.
I eat drahp uplink, me thinks this isn't a cookie. ~
