Scans > flanking [when scanned sucessfuly] Yes matari armor tank [almost every of them have same/more armor than shields]. Gallente can stack a little bit more... *Assuming standard weapons and suit, any mods. I am the bluedot. And I will rise again.

I'm not much of a fan of the Amarr, but I do agree. The scrambler rifle seems like it is helping your killer, than of anything beneficial to the user. You know how much range [A]RR have right? Good. Using speed and dampeners on assaults only decreases their Dmg and Tank potential. Agian. One charged shoot, and whole minassault shield is down. So hes left with 400+ armor facing someone who still will have 900armor left [squad fit/700hp rep fit] Caldari Loyalist Markiplier fan. Got 6815 WP only on wrecking tanks with Ion Cannon.
