Looking to create a listing of "ACTIVE" and "INACTIVE" dedicated snipers.
Qualifications include : Proficiency 5 Sniper Rifles / Proficiency 5 Handheld Weapons Upgrades and 10,000 kills sniping

Put me on the retired section. I used to be dedicated and had everything maxed except the Optimization skill, but as of 2 weeks ago I respeced out of them.
Though I did end up keeping Prof. III so that I could your SR and the Thale's.

Signed. as an inactive of course. 15mil SP went straight into sniping and core while the other 15 went into ADS. The rest sits there. I recognize all of these names as well. Shame this feels like a memorial for us all than a celebration of snipers. Kinda like the scout registry before 1.8 hit.

Yeah I know it's rather high, that might change a little bit.
Extremely active players / veterans with 80,000-100,000 kills could easily have 5,000 sniping kills. I don't see any way to include newer players without including these same people who have experiece, but do not actively snipe in 1.9

INACTIVE: Deadly Sniper. (I believe I played with Gem with that Alt.)
Qualifications: Met. (21k kills from sniping, Sniper skill maxed out. Used Charge SRs. This is since way back in Closed beta.)

Current alt: sir RAVEN WING.
This alt has: 1k kills with SRs and 0 SP in it, so I don't fit the thing a ma bob, but Deadly does!
IGS is so quiet now, the silence is almost unbearable.

I played with Grease the other day but can't recall if he was sniping or not. I've seen him on a quite a few times since then.
I'm a dedicated counter-sniper if that counts.

Ok. Ive been around since 1.4ish but had to delete my old account had this character a little over a year. But play times random.
23mil SP so not old but not new.

There was someone named Natalie (forgot the last name) who was a pretty good Sniper, and then I see Wulffguard6 going hard all the time with a Thale's.
Then there's Poonmunch & Cpl Foster USMC.

Natalie Kush. She did a lot of sniping in heavy suits last I seen her sniping but that was before it was possible to OHK heavies with the SR (well other than the ones that didn't have any tank at all).

Last Active: He probably isn't too active anymore which is sad, I loved playing with him (Did a 34h straight on Pubs once, I'm still amazed I managed to stay awake during that whole time.)

I don't know. I don't count my sniper kills. I've stopped actively sniping during 1.4.
I only use it when I'm bored, or to counter snipe. Counter sniping is an active thing.
If you're talking about overall kills, then yeah. I have over 10k.
EDIT: A merc by the name of Mary Jane something always pulls out her Commando Ck.0 with the Kaalakiota Tactical when I see her. She's easy to counter snipe.
Leanna Bogghins (forgot the exact spelling), but I'm not sure if she plays or not. She was always a sniper. |

Or he will continue to snipe you before you can get in said dropship to crush him, or just keep moving from place to place.
