2. Amarr proto link fit puts me back 250k per suit, using this for pubs already puts me in the red after i die once
3. Im getting punished for trying to help the team, if i use a lower logi suit the links i can put on it will be less useful in spawn time, equip db meaning they will get eliminated more quickly, less links put down which means less directions to attack from
4. Amarr logi will not be able to put enough links down for a 5pt skirm
5. It forces me to only play as a logi, i could use other logi suits such as Gal/Minmatar and only have to put down a couple of things, with Amarr the bonus is for links but also i cannot change to match the situations ie going AV in a sentinal to kill a HAV or just playing with knifes for fun
You make it sound as if you will be the ONLY logi in your team. For the record, I now have plans to cross train to more logi suits after this update.

WP farmers lament bandwidth. Difference is, Corn Farmers are productive to society. There's nothing productive about spamming EQ everywhere and then switching to a Scout or HMG at the Supply Depot. Sure there is, otherwise it wouldn't be done. However, there are also downsides, as most all of us have seen/experienced over the past two years or so. The operative question is if the downside is addressed by the bandwidth proposal, and, to the point of this thread, if it introduces other downsides that could have unintended effects on overall gameplay. Now, I'm of the opinion that bandwidth is a good thing and that the downside of spamming equipment as an effective strategy for a team, and farming WP for the individual, is far larger than any potential downsides of bandwidth. However, I suppose we shall see.
Let's also not forget that Flux Strikes from Warbarges will become common in Uprising 1.10 due to the 300 WP cost which is relatively easy for me to farm even in an ADV scout suit that can only deploy two uplinks at once. Any leftover WPs needed can be gained through stabbing, kill assists, equipment destruction, hacking and hack assists which will obviously bring in far more WPs than what my two deployed uplinks can give me. And that's just for me alone. Imagine a whole squad especially with squad leader getting as much as 3,000 WPs if done right. That is 10 Flux Strikes from Warbarge in one match for a squad. All of those deployed equipment will be wiped off the map anyways.
EDIT:
300 WPs = 3 hacked objectives = 3.75 hack assists = 5 head shot kills = 6 regular kills = 6 installation hacks = 12 team assists with uplinks = 12 kill assists = 20 intel assists
And that's before you are near someone with a defend order on him/her.

It destroys switching to a heavy role because the bluedots on your team need one.
The true problem was broken mechanics causing lag. But CCP can't fix that, so they made a cheap band-aid
Not entirely true. You will still be able to solo as a logi if you want. You will just be less encouraged to swap to a new suit. Honestly, as a scout, I never needed to switch out of my scout suit for a stronger suit anyways. I'm a scout 100% of the time in almost every match because I enjoy the speed and profile dampening offered by the suit.
Overall, I look at it this way: Logis in squads will be more valuable because they will have the most Bandwidth compared to all other suits. Heavies will depend on you more. Scouts will no longer marginalize Logis due to having two equipment slots. My ADV scout will only be able to deploy two uplinks at a time at the most. Which brings me to another point.
I recall that much of the community dreaded the idea of a scout being able to pull triple duty as a Scout with passive scans, Logi with deployed equipment, and as a light-Assault with strafing, hitbox and shield recovery. Everyone wanted scouts to have some kind of nerf including myself because none of us wanted Scouts to marginalize all other classes.
Equipment-focused Logis right now are just regarded as throw-away suits used in the beginning of a match and then the user swaps to an assault-oriented suit (often times the light-Assault Scout). With the Bandwidth feature, Equipment-focused Logis will no longer be treated like disposable crap that is later forgotten as the match progresses. Right now, the only Logis I see sticking around the whole match are either repper-Logis or scanner-Logis.

As long as you don't deploy uplinks in easy-to-guess spots, those uplinks are good. I often times deploy uplinks in distant areas where an opposing squad leader is not likely to waste a Warbarge Strike on.
