Ammo. That's what makes the difference in EVE. Ammo has varieties that do different damage types. None do specific damage types except missiles. By picking and choosing ammo you can tailor attacks against certain racial ships.

Racro 01 Arifistan 501st Knights of Leanbox 463	Posted - 2014.12.05 01:02:00 - [6] - Quote I don't see the problem with suits built for that race's weapons using both their light/sidearm. and its good that the starter fits have the same pattern. i.e. the gall starter frontline/apex assult use both ar's and IP's sinc ethye both complement each other in dps out put, range and CQC-mid range dominance. its like how a amaarr assult could be using a CR in stead of a laser or sracmer which would be the better choice since he gets bonus's to those weapons that increase his dps/damage. where as a matarri assult is better off with Cr's and smgs due to ridiculos clip sizes.
