I am already thinking of ways to use this to my advantage. Call it a gamble.
Top position in fits - Something with minimal HP with regs reps and rechargers out the proverbial behind.
Second position - Heavy suit or something tanky.....

I actually don't like this. Or at least, I wish if you were near a supply depot, it would slowly heal you, but I guess this will mean remote repair logis will be wanted more so it could be positive. Can't wait to see how this unravels. |

There isn't much need for dropship transport, given how small the maps are, and how with the current state of AV, slowing down even a little can mean certain death. Nevermind hovering near the ground. Plus, ADS sucks as troop transport because if you fit guns, slowing down near the ground WILL get you killed, and without side guns, you can only carry 2 people.
LAVs just do it better for cheaper, and Rattati wants to add APC HAVs, which will further stifle that role. The maps are simply too small and the ships too fragile to really justify that role.

Right now you can run to a supply depot in your scout suit that has q0 armor left, switch to sentinel, and boom, 1200 HP.
with this change, you would have more like 100 HP when you switched, because your new suit keeps the same % of remaining hp as the previous one

Just make sure your second fit from the top is a Gallente Scout with all Armor Repair in the Lows, and All Energizers in the Highs. It won't help you in combat, but it will help you get repped up quick at the Supply Depot when there is no one shooting at you.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Thats pretty smart. Nice to see that people have to use the tiniest bit of thought now at least, instead of dancing around the depot. I just hope that when they switch they dont still have those few seconds of invulnerability.
