i agree with most of it. But what i do not agree with is the frame rate not being noticeable. I do feel an increase in smoothness but all of that goes downhill in the lag research facility, PC, spam, connection issues. I have a 125mbps connection but none of that matters since the ps3 can only do like 29.9 mbps ive never seen it go up past that.

Any improvement in game mechanics would be greatly appreciated.

That's what CCP Rattati is trying to address with the equipment. I have experienced marked improvement in frame rates, but the frames start to drop when I enter a room or area flooded with equipment spam. In FW it's no problem as all I need to do is spam a flux grenade to destroy the friendly equipment spam, but in pub matches I can't do that since there is no friendly fire. The Gallente Research Facility and the Caldari Production Facility both has stable frame rates from what I can tell but again the frames go down when I encounter equipment spam. Played a bit this morning to try out the new RR tweaks, grenade always had a delay, hit registry was god awful I continued to get the blue shield hit bubble randomly when connecting shots.. Not sure why I keep re-installing to think anything will be different.. :(

Yeah, the game runs smoothly for me unless there is someone from the other side of the planet near by. Gallente Research Facility runs as smoothly for me as any other map. It is only when playing people from Asia that I experience Lag spikes. But then I have fiber-optic cables running to my house. So the quality of your internet connection seems to make a big difference. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
