The Python needed a nerf, and it's still the best ADS in my opinion.
Caldari Assault does have a broken bonus...
Scouts needed a nerf.
The RR doesn't need such a high charge up time, they should just lower it by a small amount. Python needed a nerf is so ignorant. Not everybody can pick upa python and dominate it. What CCP has efficiently done is flushed 2.5 million sp i put into python down the drain and made it come near death with every 1 swarmer. 2 swarmers and you might as well jump out because you're but to be lit up. And if you jump out, unless you're sitting perfectly still the ship will run you over in midair roughly 80% of the time.
And if you're sitting still, the wreckage will either land on your head when you land, or stay close enough under you that you never get the option to hit the Inertia Canceller, and you die from hitting the ground.
The only way to be effective in an ADS anymore is pretty much to deploy with a squad of 5 infantry and have them spend the entire match just hunting AV players on the other team so you don't get insta-killed.
Also, I've been using the Incubus with Railguns and Blasters, and various Rep and Hardener fits. Blaster hit detection is borked so that only the shots that go down the center of the circle register (just like how the HMG was before they fixed that), and no matter what combo of Hardners and Reps I use, or even if I just stack Reps, it's still hard to avoid dying in seconds.
Also, STD Dropships are ******* dead. The Myron and Grimsnes don't have anywhere near the acceleration, speed, or maneuverability to get out of Swarm range before there are 6+ full volleys in the air, and no matter how much HP you stack and how many Hardners you use they'll either shred you because you can fire and reload them so fast, or the Kinetic Impact effect will throw you into the nearest object or flip you sideways so you fall to the ground.
