Okay, SOMEONE in this thread is intelligent. I was starting to think this was some kind of moron circlejerk.
I mean, have any of you saying that you can't fight Dropships actually tried flying one? Even with the reductions to Swarm turning speed, the high rate of fire and reload speed means that there can be enough Swarms in the air to kill me before I can even react.

Also, 80% resists with 10 second cooldown? Are you nuts? The Complex Hardener has a cooldown of 60 seconds, and with max skills you can only bring that down to 45 seconds. Also, there's a stacking penalty on shield hardeners, so running 2 at the same time does NOT give you 80% resistance.
The Myron and Grimsnes are rendered unusable by current Swarm stats. I can get away from a single Swarm Launcher with a bit of armor damage on my Python, but with a Myron even if I turn on my afterburner I'll likely have 4-5 volleys in the air from just one guy before I can even get away. If it's two or more people, I might as well just jump out the moment they start shooting.
Before anyone tries to talk ****, that's a Myron with 3500 shield HP.

Exactly!
The moment I even hear the sound I hit the afterburner and start going evasive, which can lead to some embarrassing moments when it turns out to be one of my squadmates shooting a tank.
