Unless you're in a squad, you will receive no points for scans, but help out the entire team regardless. Information is key to victory, but the Gallente Logistics simply isn't rewarded for his/her efforts.
The Minmatar Logistics gets rewarded for repairing armor.
The Caldari Logistics gets rewarded for supplying their team with nanites.
The Amarr Logistics gets rewarded with Uplink spam.
Why don't we get rewarded for supplying our team with information? |

But, unless you're in a squad, you don't get rewarded for your efforts individually.
Any reward would be better than nothing. As Atiim said, the Caldari barely get rewarded, but that's more than 0, if my math is correct.
I know information is an awesome trait, which is why I put it in the OP, and I DO appreciate it, I'm just a bit bothered that the game doesn't recognize your efforts towards the team. |

personally I woulodnt mind like +5wp or even +10wp per team intel kill assit
This is what I am thinking about currently.
If we reward players with +15 Intel Kill Assists for every and any kill that was scanned by your doing, then if you're running Perma-Scans, you'd be a WP Factory. +5 Would be a nice start, or removing team scans and going back to squad scans.
Why should I bust my ass and pull out the ultimate scan fit when I won't be rewarded, and be targeted? I want and need an incentive. |
