Kincats better give some ******* movement speed and strafe speed bonuses. Ill be rip **** if my minmitar suits are ruined because some people can't aim.

Why give armor better mobility AND more HP...?
Makes 0 sense.
Shields and armor are almost balanced, with shield needing just a little more regen on the suits themselves, then they will be good.
Nerfing shields then buffing armor is ridiculous.
Come on Rattati.
Myofibs should buff strafe speed, but not by as much as kin cats, and shields shouldn't have a movement penalty.
This is just silly that you're even considering this.

2. Terrible idea is terrible. Sig penalty to minmitar scouts will RUIN them. They're already scannable very VERY easily, and have to sacrifice 3 slots just to dodge passives, or 2 and a LOLCloak
