Despite changes, the cloak is just broken in different ways people that do not use it play the same game as everyone else while cloak users do not.
Side note: all of the changes meant to effect scouts have been not only ineffectual, but seemingly counter productive worse their are more to come. I wouldn't worry though the added shield penalty might finally kill no cloak scouts and in turn side arm scouts. So instead of restricting scouts to side arms everyone gets to play scout how they want if they are cloaked shotguners.

Cheat codes and hacks are pretty easy also, but why don't we use them? It is easier isn't it.

I get it though this nearly skill less play style is not only allowed, but it is promoted for what ever reason so why not.

The "we do this not because we are lazy but because we are smart" is a reference to that quote. That being said; Equating using a Scout without a Cloak to Kennedy's declaration about going to the moon is absolutely hysterical.
Ikr Pot meet kettle :D I know you were only quoting, but the quote was the reason I posted this. I felt it was a insult to JFK and wanted to make sure everyone was able to read the quote unsullied.
