Depends on the scenario.
For hacking, I'd choose:
2 complex precision enhancers
1 enhanced shield extender
2 complex code breakers
1 enhanced kincat
STD flux
Ishukone knives
whatever other sidearm you can fit
whatever cloak floats your boat
Assassination scout:
2 complex sidearm damage mods
1 complex precision enhancer
2 complex kincat
1 complex dampener
Ishukone knives
Toxin SMG
STD flux
STD cloak
I had variations on both of these before my respec, because I had hacking 3, Min scout 3 and knives 3, and nothing in biotics, so I wasn't getting everything I could out of the suit.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

A pair of Min scouts could make easy work in PC by hacking hotly contested areas. Run to enemy home point in a tank with a logi or heavy in tow, flux everything, hack, lie in wait for hapless red dots to show, tell them "that's not a knife, this is a knife," and chuckle your way to victory.

I stopped here and laughed my ******* head off HAHA a minmitar scout needs 3 complex dampeners to avoid a complex scanning suit...someone has NO idea what they are talking about Read the forum rules and come back. Perhaps you could explain how I'm wrong instead of being immature and unproductive. Let's take a look at facts: Minmatar Scout Db: 31.5 With 1 Complex Dampener, I'm around 23. Last I checked, proto scanners are 28. 21 on a Gallente Logi, which would require 2 dampeners to avoid. Not sure where you got 3, unless we're talking about the Focused Scanner; which is a different story. If I'm missing something, feel free to inform me in a civil manner.
The Focused has a base of 20. Need to be a full PRO Gal scout with 3 damps to escape my full PRO Gal logi.
