I'll get the waaaaaaaambulance on the phone.
They get changed for balance. And to match their purpose. To be rather **** proto-suits for the guy who thinks that the tag proto means the enemy will not notice the bright yellow you have on. Nothing about them is, or should be, anywhere approaching really proto level quality fits/gear. That would be ridiculously OP, with infinite Protobears coming from CCPs ass.
That, and why should I give one half a **** that you have 50 million SP? All that proves is that you're both smart enough to grind ridiculous amounts of games, and dumb enough to let a game take up that much of you're time. You're truly the best we have to offer.
Because you wanted to be something you're not.

I'm usually not in a light/Scout suit. I've run Amarr scout on occasion but that's it. I looked over the spreadsheet (until it was hidden), debated over the variants, and decided on which one I'd like to pursue. The gal seemed decent. I got it right away, probably should have waited because it wasn't until after my purchase that I saw the feedback thread was started. Given its current state I'm sure it works for someone, just not at all what I would have bought. Waaah they took away the three damps that made me unscannable to all but proto amarr scouts and proto scanners on l5 gallogi's! Waaaah they took away my free remote explosives! Waaaaaah my proto bpo suit isn't a highly advantageous combination of everything toxic within the current dust meta! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Your suit has drawbacks now where it previously didn't, this is intended. People are pointing out that a product or service was changed after the purchase of which the initial state of the suit may have been the reason for purchase. The suit had downsides already in that everything equipped was basic and you could not change the fitting period. People are voicing they're concern and dissent and you come here to openly mock them? Quit wasting everyone's time and troll someone who has the patience to listen to you. You agreed to that. If you weren't knuckle-headed, and realized any online game has a clause allowing the developers free roam over the game regardless of if was for money or not is a bit naive.
Read the terms and conditions next time.
This isn't a toaster or a car. If we used you're logic, nothing OP in EVE could be nerfed, because I put money into the game so they can't Change it unless I like it.

That's effectively what you're arguing about. It isn't changing your thirty days to three days. Its changing the manner in which the thirty days work.
Changing your thirty day active boosters to thirty day passive boosters.

No, that is changing the product. You are saying you still have something, its just not what you paid for. Which is exactly your argument.
The Apex Suits arent w/ the fits i had when I bought them, so you am upset.
These active boosters became passive boosters, so you 'd be upset
This car doesn't have the radio It had when I bought it, so you'd be upset
