I've brought a lot of points to the plate and it's quite frustrating to get simple responses of "NO DUDE, THAT'LL NEVER WORK!" especially when they're not backed by any substantiated reasoning.

FW just need more incentives to play match macking is not for this type as ccp want it to be the goto battle choice for experienced players. Loyalty and hard work should be the only way for factions to dominate.
Isk Lp and salvage should be increased alot, a couple hundred LP and some shite salvage for the wrong race worth 15% market value to the average player is not going to get players interested.
The LP store also needs unique hybrid modules like the HEP kinetic modules, damage mods that are shield or armour specific, fully fitted suits and vehicles.
dust also need Private Chat room control like eve players have so that disruptive, spys or other problematic players can be removed from the channels dust side.
Loyalty also need to be something that you can look at on a players stats so you can see if a player is loyal to your faction or a liar.
FW also need a mode that reduces maximum number of players when faction are having trouble giving enough support. reduce match to 8 vs 8 or 12 vs 12 to make matches start faster when x faction cannot send enough support .....

The devs can not allow a proper skill gap because if that were the case they may potentially lose what little players are left, they have to play to your base lol...This game is such a joke.
