BUT buff damage per shot, buff aim down sights to have less kick, nerf hipfire a bit more.. boom a good solid mid/long range weapon.. then we need to buff the ARR, less kick from hip and ADS.. maybe slightly larger clip/ammo cap.. slightly more dmg per shot.. the ARR needs some major love to make it more viable for the brawlers/CQBers who seem stuck in their ways about the stock RR I disagree, the RR spool up time makes the weapon a liability in any area that is not wide open and when the enemy sees you first. Weakness 1, Area with tons of cover. 2, Spool up time 3, being spotted first 4, Reloading 5, Kick Strengths 1, Okay damage 2, Range 3, Is there even a 3? The weakness outnumber the strengths. Now onto the buffs, Damage? It has a good amount of damage right now. ADS? Well no because 1, kick is barely a weakness for this gun (why it's #5) and if you max out the RR skill you already have a nice amount (not too much) of kick which is controllable. Nerf hipfire? Well I would rather trade my hip fire accuracy for the old spool time any day of the week .
