I've been here since Closed Beta and have suffered many stupid nerfs but this is the worst by far. Who's idea was this anyways? Call of Booty crowd that runs this game now? mindless assault drones?
First, The problem with being able to shoot from inside cloak was NEVER MORE THAN A VISUAL LAG GLITCH.. which STILL remains the exact same.. But now I have to wait 5 seconds for you to NOT SEE ME pull out my shotty.. This is a scout ending and incredibly STUPID thing to do to my class..
O well, I knew this type of insanity was in the pipeline, but I wont be here to tolerate it.. Im giving up my 40 million SP's and my character because its just downright UNPLAYABLE now.. thanks CCP.
Tryhard call of booty forum warriors need to realize one thing.. Scouts are not OP.. they are simply better players than you.. Fast twitch players enjoy mobility and will sacrifice just about anything to get it.. Pure and simple.. sorry to break the truth..
Anyways, peace out DUST.. you broke my heart No reason if you are using the Cloak as a tactical tool and not a silent delivery system for a shotgun this should impact your gameplay all that much.

I only played dust because it had some things that were not like other shooters.. Now its just point and click shooter like COD, with STUPID mechanics.. no straffing.. actually nothing original or fun left here.. moving on
and for the guy who put "1 second delay" was dead wrong.. I counted "1 thousand one.. 1 thousand 2 .. 1 thousand 3.. before the gun even shows up.. then half the time it wont shoot.. or shoots late..
And for all the forum warriors who conveniently ignore the whole point.. this nerf was supposed to fix the shooting while cloaked animation.. it DID NOT FIX IT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ..
You're the one ignoring your own point mate. Seriously, I wish there was a LOL button next to the Like button for me to use.
To paraphrase you:
- cloak changes broke scout role
- i'm a great player without the cloak
- I'm leaving coz scouts are broken without cloak and the game is generally crap

Maybe CCP should just be done with it and remove clacks from the game - gotta be easier, then again I'm biased coz I used the stupid thing about ten times after it came out and said "nah".
