So I have listened to some of your comments. I have talked with ROFL leadership and we decided scrap PFC as it was. Instead we are going to replace it with the "Last District Rule."
The means if you are a legit corp that can field at least 12 of their own players, if someone takes your last district, it will be returned to you. (FARMING ONLY CORPS DON'T QUALIFY)
If you need a district and your corp can field a full 16 man team of corpmates, contact me and I will still get you a district.
This is much easier to manage and there is no reason to take someones last district.
This will be enforced by both ROFL and General TSO's.

So now the risk of participating in Planetary Conquest is being removed?
No you can lose all your districts but your last one. Everytime you fight you are gambling all the suits you lose on the hope you will win. If you lose your corp is out 10-20mil in suits. |

The point is Clone packs are so expensive, no corps should ever have to spend 50mil on a useless clone pack. I mean it's just a waste of ISK you could be spending on quafe and exoctic dancers. |
