Who is loyal here, if you want change system just because something is wrong with side what you chosed, its mean thats not loyalty.
Loyalty is full support of ideology what you choose without any remarks.
I can take when my matari lost against AMARIAN "god hands" yesterday (helvete i still have LP and some SPs too) and that all what i need, because im PIRMATAR and i will fight.
What about you, why you cant bear your decision to fight for Caldarian warfare, why you want change system?!
Because caldarians lost, thats not loyalty boyo

I understood, there is need to bring up reward even after harship in lost game and i thinks its good idea.
But your pointing on caldari and how caldari like race is in lost, thats not that loyalty.
You basicaly mocking whole virtual race for problem where is CORE factor players.
But hell its you thinking, i basicaly want to say im loyal without pointing.
You are maybe loyal, but in my eyes with too much of pointing on others.

There should be bigger reward for supporters even if they lost, but from my side of view honestly not too big one.
Something special oki, but still something what will push them for better coordination on battlefield and better cooperation overall.
What is actually the major issue with caldari.
What about something like Atiim told, its good idea that camo etc.
Hell why not even racial booster after i dont know some amount of games?!
I thing that should be the way, but still its better constructivism without pointing on others.
If you point on how someone is better/easie honestly boyo in my eyes it like QQ.
I think that camo thingie and boosters for participation in bigger amount of games will be good idea boyo

I have this idea, after some unpsecified count of combat for your race.
What about something like supporter suit (i know we have APEX now, but i mean something more racialy accured like we have these protectorates one for example) and factional booster (i thing one day can be fine, but with caldarians issues with squad-upping what about three days).
All that for supporting your (YUP ONLY YOUR) race

Go to hell with them i will support Gallenteans and Mataris only.
Caldari are mostly ultracorporationalistic scallywags anyways.
You choosed them, you are clear about your loyalty, you should bear their looses end of story

Maybe if you didn't suck so badly you wouldn't even be in this situation. Hell, CCP pretty much had to cater to the Caldari and give a crutch so it's literally impossible for you to lose the war. They removed mechanics that would be able to fix both our problems.
Also the whole thing about only being able to team deploy against other teams in FW to cater to babies like you is pants - on- head ********. That'd be like saying fleets in eve wouldn't be able to roam or plex through FW space unless there's a fleet of similar strength and composition flying for the other side to protect high sec babies in their level 1 frigates incase they accidentally stumble the region. It kills the emergent experience and is just bad design. No player or corp got where they are just blue dotting their way around. CCP games are not games for soloing.
TL; DR htfu git gud and join a corp.
