It actually depends on one very important thing. Do they carry racial dropsuit bonuses like profile dampening, damage bonus, etc.? If not, then they are very likely militia level. If yes, then they are specialty suits.
Good point. Also, what do they sell for ISK?
@DeadlyAztec I'm paid to deliver the tacos, not feed them to you. Maybe Jara could help you with that.
