You get everything else in the pack on top of the base amount of aur so if you get the merc pack, you get 40,000 aur, plus the dragonfly suit and toxin ar, plus the 30 day active booster, plus the pile of consumable crap you're never going to use way better than the vanilla 43,000 aur pack for $20

Scout and SMG were in the original Closed Beta merc pack... The C-I and AR was brought in in a re-vamped version... So that would explain it, and they have C-I suit in the Elite pack, so judging by the attempts at AUR sales they are just offering seperate suits in packs, maybe to encourage more sales of all packs That and likely they sold more of the Assault pack, so are bringing back the Scout to pick up loose change

The Veteran pack also has a BPO Cal assault, so it would be redundant having 2 packs with the same suit. I for one have always been very happy I had the Dragonfly scout instead of 2 different Cal Assault BPO's. (As well as a Toxin AR and SMG. Don't use the AR much anymore but sure used the hell out of it for a year or so, and the Toxin SMG is easily the most-used item in my entire inventory!) A better question is this: Since the Elite pack contains a Assault C-1 BPO, WTF does it also come with 50 consumable C-1's? Realistically you're just going to sell them back, and before the buyback option was there they would just have sat there lonely in your assets next to the breach shotguns we always got in salvage. (The godfather of tactical logistics)

I think they are usable right away, though that may not be advisable since you will not get any of the bonuses.
