Yeah starting to get a bit of a p**s take now. tbh if it was really Sony's fault then why arn't ccp pestering them? obviously sony are costing CCP money by not puttign them up which makes me call BS that its out their hands

I do think something fishy is afoot. If it was as simple as Sony fatfingering the order to add it last week, they would have fixed that in the last ten days. I wonder if there's some dispute between CCP and SCEE, e.g. Sony say they're owed money. |

theres no issue with the U.S store though. its there and ready to buy, its just EUR psn region hasn't had it, liek you say if it was a mistake of sony not adding it last weds it should have been this week or even a hotfix of psn the day after but seeing as it was supposed to have been updated near 36hrs agoas well and its still not then something doesn't really add up.

If there is a dispute between CCP and SCEE but not SCEA then SCEE would hold back the listing but SCEA wouldn't. So it could be that, though obviously this is total guesswork. |

I think Dench is right, it must be a legal issue, otherwise there would have been more information. My guess is a contractual dispute between CCP and SCEE. |

Also, I think the most important thing is to not let this go away, and not buy any AUR until CCP release the merc/vet/elite packs in EU.
CCP's $1=Gé¼1=-ú0.80 exchange rate is bad enough, for them to screw us over a second time by denying us the 30 day boosters and BPOs that Americans got essentially 'for free' (by buying merc/vet/elite packs rather than the pathetic AUR packs) is outrageous. |

I'm with you I'm not spending a penny unroll I see those merc packs and if that means dust hast to **** down because they haven't received enough revenue.. then I will laugh on their mistakes idc who's fault it is, it's ccps game and ccps packages so at the end of the day it's their problem to sort out

to be honest if it was Sony not putting it on the PSN store for either 1. they forgot, 2. there is a dispute between Sony regional teams and CCP then it should have been a simple case of a Dev post saying somehting like
"due to unforseen circumstances the re-release of the Mercenary/Veteran/Elite packs scheduled for release will not be available in the following regions..."
instead CCP typically just take Pete's car, go round Mum's, go in, deal with Philip - "Sorry, Philip!" - grab Mum, go to Liz's, pick her up, go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over

Australian psn here, just checked again through both web store, in game store, and ps3 store, none of the 3 packs ( merc, vet, elite ) are available. I hope the 'limited time' is extended for those of us affected by this. Any chance of a reassuring Dev post in this thread? :) |

You've been saying this for two weeks. We could easily have another two weeks of frustration for European and Australian players, simply because it is up to SCEE what they do, not CCP. So surely it is time for a workaround. Here are some possibilities:
1. Allow SCEE-area players buying -ú15.99/Gé¼19.99, -ú39.99/Gé¼49.99, -ú79.99/Gé¼99.99 AUR packs within a specific period to file support tickets to have the extra items in the merc/vet/elite packs transferred to their accounts.
2. Allow SCEE-area players buying -ú15.99/Gé¼19.99, -ú39.99/Gé¼49.99, -ú79.99/Gé¼99.99 AUR packs within a specific period to file support tickets to have the purchase converted to merc/vet/elite pack purchases when these become available.
3. Simply announce that ANY SCEE-area -ú15.99/Gé¼19.99, -ú39.99/Gé¼49.99, -ú79.99/Gé¼99.99 AUR pack purchased in a limited period will receive the additional items in the merc/vet/elite packs (in this case no support tickets are required and the process can be automated).
All of these are entirely within CCP's power; there is no need for SCEE to be involved when we are just talking about assigning extra in-game items to Dust accounts. |

I have been thinking about buying the AV Nemesis Pack for a long time, and got really excited to see the 50% price drop. Only to find it's still full price in EU. It seems the problem (whatever it is) affects all store updates...

I don't really understand why the aurum items aren't just activated in the in game market. PSN still sells aurum but in game items and packs just always part of the game. Then this delay wouldn't happen.
Since the game seems to be heading in the direction of BPO's for stuff wouldnt this be the better way to do it?

Nope in the latest featured and promotions issue it lists the AV pack as being 50% off to. |
