Haven't been scanned as much recently... I'm glad because I hated running damps on my Min Scout. I guess everyone just got bored...? I really thought the Gal Logi would become FOTM... Have you noticed a decline in Gal Logi spam numbers?

FOTM doesn't happen anymore. Plus, it revolves around a lock more SP if you never were a Logi because of all the Equipment, as well as you are no-where near a effective as an Assault or Scout that you will most likely encounter. You have no Sidearm, and if they get the drop on you, no scanners will help while that badboy is on cooldown...
Lastly: People probably have the Gal Logi, but don't run it in pubs...

If the scanner hits and I'm not in a scout suit, nothing changes (since scouts have always been able to see me).
If the scanner hits and I'm in a scout suit, it was the first day of 1.9.
Otherwise, I was in a scout suit, properly damped, or there was no scanner at all.
Give the Magsex some love.

Fun fact: I still use my Gk.0 with Proto Scans from time to time. Luckily for scouts, I haven't unlocked the Duvolle Focused yet. |

No one in a team based game, should have the power to be unfindable, unkillable, and be able to easily kill anyone, and no one really should benefit from playing matches only to just kill people.
So with that scouts still need to change.
And yes.
It's because the active scanner is flawed in its entire designe and is very unprofitable for wp. |

Tl dr. They dont spam scans cus they don't get wp (im telling about wp wh..res). Also scouts are unscanable.
Overwall it's a buff to sentiniels (mostly solo) and nerf to every medium (in terms of ewar).

Lol gal logi...why not get amarr scout instead? Just tank the amarr scout and have infinite passive scans at the same DB levels.
While you're at it, feel free to be faster, have most of it's tank, and have the 2 remaining equip slots the gal would have had after filling the other 2 with scanners (although fitting them with logi tools won't be easy).
Don't run a cloak...just 'light assault' it.

its not even gal logi it was jsut every one useing active scanners..
