Dear players,
since it is pretty non-obvious, I thought I would explain how to sign up for the Newsletter, that is sent out every month and usually comes with some nice free stuff.
1) Go to dust514.com
2) Sign in to the website using your PSN account credentials
3) Click your Account Name in the top right corner
4) Check the "Subscribe to Newsletter" option (and possibly change the email address)
The Newsletter will hit your PSN inbox (or a different if you changed it). In that Newsletter, there is a redeeming link.
The free items are dependent on that check, as the redeeming process checks your eligibility. The redeeming link will not work unless you are subscribed to the Newsletter, so just getting the link from a friend won't work. You need to sign up.
The link in the Newsletter takes you to a landing page on www.dust514.com where you press the "Reedem items" button, and voila, free stuff!

Oh DUST how I've missed you. Have a free bump, maybe I'll try out 1.9 and see how it feels, maybe I won't :) . Anyone got a list of what the latest batch of items were?
