Yes more fittings would be nice but what we really should be asking for is folders, categories, class sets or tabs - some form of grouping and organizing. |

I can appreciate how this might be one of those accidental "features," but the player experience sucks. If we need to limit the number of fits for technical or balance reasons, we should be able to at least save hundreds of fits in the quarters, and add a mechanism to flag 30 as "active." Perhaps this functionality could be hidden in the preferences menu (something like a checkbox for "use expanded fitting") and would be disabled by default. This would keep things simple for new players, but save a lot of frustration for vets of having to constantly remake the same fits.
Best PvE idea ever!

Well when you "fix" it, please create a way to categorize them into sub menus!!!!
And since you WON;T be able to let us create our OWN menus for things like "PC FITS HERE" or "PUB MATCH FITS HERE" you will have to instead categorize them by either type (ie. light, medium, heavy) or purpose (basic, scout, assault, logistics, commando, and sentinel) or by race (amarr, caldari, galente, minmatar).
I would caution you AGAINST doing the racial method as that will still end up with a **** ton of fits under one sub menu. Instead do them by purpose is the most easy way to parse them into the most sub menus and reduce the clutter.

I have 7 dropsuits, all proto, all fitting slots filled, no room for std or adv(As if i would even touch that peasant trash) but would like more room for more proto suits with different load outs.

Thank you very much for blue tagging this topic (that's the first one in 2,5 years).
What we wanted to point out was that there was this simple small thing which would reduce unnecessary refitting work from players and also create revenue for you in form of actually being able to create new fittings (loadouts, officer gear, APEX things).
I'm happy now, letting it rest. Peace, player&dev bros.
