If only CCP would get FW players to HTFU and officially sign on to a single faction at a time with meaningful penalties for being disloyal.

Once again FW has been relegated to a farmers paradise.

I could dig it. However, to mitigate this a bit, we should have a "Black Market" on your faction store. Like be able to buy certain Amarr or Caldari faction items for Minmatar LP at a higher price. Allows you to get your hands on uplinks and hives that you would otherwise be unable to get. It would also be cool to get some more items in there. The Minmatar are lacking in Ferroscales and Kincats, which are staples in most of their suits. Bullet Hell and Duct-Tape? Count me in! FA recruits get free officer BPO's. Enlist today.
