The Fit was Suppose to be a Pro-Caldari fit (Only Caldari gear) & reason it's got allot of dampeners & precision mods because I want to be extra sneaky so I can cut my opponents down with my Knife easily.
I'm basically a predator

Precision enhancers aren't worth it on a Cal scout. You can already scan virtually all med suits and virtually no scouts, it's just a waste, imo.

Not a big fan of the MagSec but what ever floats your boat.
Over all, not a very good fit. Throw some shield extenders and maybe a sidearm damage mod. The damps are fine, but I think using 1 will suffice in pubs, use the other for a KinCat or range extender. Down grade the hives and grenade to open more fitting space, probably the cloak too honestly (ARN works just fine for me).
But if you find this works for you, by all means go for it.
I guess it's all about opinion then, considering this fit works well with me, I die rarely around 1 or 3 times and manage to get 20+ kills being undetected, & that Nanohaive is for support use for my team to hold down a point in domination while I'm off stabbing people in the back, the flux, well obviously to take shields out and then finishing off with my Magsec, heck it works well against heavys.
And like I said this suit was intended to be Pro-Caldari so only Caldari weapons and Gear & it turn out well for me atleast it may not look good but try it out to see if your mind changed...
