I too would like confirmation of this.
Is this a confirmation that there is now, NO counter to dampened and/or cloaked Scouts at all?
Or can we at least expect a buff to Active Scanners? It makes no sense to recognize that the cloaking device + dampening is providing a risk-free playstyle, but then nerf one of the only real counters to it. First it was just the Gal Scout that couldn't be scanned, but the Min Scout too? You're going to make a LOT of people very unhappy.
Set your goals high, and shoot for the moon; even if you miss you'll land amongst the stars.

This was in reference to the Caldari Scout's ability between Alpha and Charlie to scan both Minmatar and Amarr scouts without either having the ability to dampen enough to escape their scans. It was the changes in Charlie that are being perceived as a nerf.
So, the Cal Scout wasn't nerfed, but the Min and Amarr scouts profile has been reduced? I don't see how this helps anything, overall.
This balances scouts against each other, but does nothing but increase the amount of Scouts that are going to plague everything. At this point, the only way to get any semblance of balance vs. the other suits, is to buff logi precision bonuses with active scanners.

No, please don't stop there. I'd love to hear what you have in mind.
We've made more Scouts viable, and viable means invisible... and invisible means invincible. So if defeating Scout dampening is not an option, where is the counter?
No logi active scanner bonus? No increased glow during sprinting?
This is going to create one of the ugliest metas I've seen in this game in a while, if we don't come up with something for players other than "watch your back".
