OR some prototype weapons. Ishokune assault SMG. I need some advice as well lol. I use Ishokune NK's all the time, almost every match, and fit a codebreaker on my caldari scout. Should i skill itno minmitar scouts? scout ck.0 here!

Otherwise, if you are using proto knives, you can already do a considerable amount of damage. As long as you have all your core stuff skilled, its really a judgement call. They're also great for melee fits as well, so you've got multiple applications there. That hacking bonus is really nice, and the knives... Drools Heavies never know what hit em. Nova Knives are best sidearm.

I went into a PC with nyain san the other night....God Hates Lag was running his heavy in the city. My squad was the city squad and i had my knives out!!! God it was funny the few times i knifed him....he would be shooting one of my heavies, then slash slash and he dies HAHAHA scout ck.0 here!

Just never really felt the need to go above advanced back when complex rechargers/energizers virtually required a cpu mod and lowslots were precious spots for plates/rep, even on caldari suits, and the complex regulator was only 25% Now, with the cpu use reduction, regulator buff, and passive armor regen on all suits, I might actually like my new complex shield mods and be willing to spend a low slot on them

Even level 4 minmitar scout operation, as it has a 20% bonus to hacking, NK damage and a 60% reduction to cloak field usage...i tried fitting my normal fit that is on my caldari scout with cal scout operation 5 on my minmitar scout with operation 3....didn't work out :( need that 75% reduction god damn it! scout ck.0 here!

I have it at 3 now, and my ACR clip keeps going dry when my opponent still has a sliver of armor left. It might not be such an issue when I become more practiced at aiming with the ACR, but in the mean time I could use a few more rounds in my clip. Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
