I was thinking of using almost all of my SP to skill minmitar scouts to 3....the hacking bonus and nova knife damage.
OR some prototype weapons. Ishokune assault SMG. I need some advice as well lol. I use Ishokune NK's all the time, almost every match, and fit a codebreaker on my caldari scout. Should i skill itno minmitar scouts?

As long as you have all your core stuff skilled, its really a judgement call. Additional weapons will make you more versatile as a whole.

I went into a PC with nyain san the other night....God Hates Lag was running his heavy in the city. My squad was the city squad and i had my knives out!!! God it was funny the few times i knifed him....he would be shooting one of my heavies, then slash slash and he dies HAHAHA

yeah...i might do that
but i MUST get the winmatar suit! Even level 4 minmitar scout operation, as it has a 20% bonus to hacking, NK damage and a 60% reduction to cloak field usage...i tried fitting my normal fit that is on my caldari scout with cal scout operation 5 on my minmitar scout with operation 3....didn't work out :( need that 75% reduction god damn it!
