Well, Quafe scouts happened. So did assaults, I'm all for everything else as well. After all, every race, class, and creed as the right to look smashing in purple. (Besides if I get True a full line of Amarr Quafe suits on the market maybe he'll finally put in a good word for me with his Empress  ).
I've never heard the name "defender suits" before, and the only "frontline suits" I've heard of are starter fits, but it does make one go hummm does it not?
As to flux proximity explosives... I can confirm (not really) that they are new stealth tech which will trigger when any hostile deployed item is within their AoE

So, while it is true that we see more Quafe suits than new game modes for example, the related work loads are vastly dissimilar and we could have very suit in stunning Quafe purple with less Dev time from one Dev than the man hours put in by a whole team for the other.
