I don't get the whole "Scouts have more EHP", assaults have a higher base and the same number of slots, how are they bricking more than assaults? |

You mean most scouts scans. "Slow as..." Compared to scouts? But then your not building a scout but an assault and I might add an assault that is only inferior to other scouts stats. Yes they make poor scouts but exceptional assaults
I mean that wonderful piece of equipment nobody thinks to use, the active scanner |

I want scouts to be able to brick tank, but I want it so that it doesn't make sense to brick tank over running an assault suit
Scouts and heavies balance each other so either nerf both or buff assaults (preferred) |
