I can only comment on the chnges i would make on suits that I run. I'm typing this on the basis of my own practicality, also from the fact that nearly all of my fits I run racially themed suits. My only exception is the Amarr Logi, because it doesnt have the pg at advanced to fit 3 uplinks, plates, and a amarrian weapon.
Minmatar Logi: would much rather fit a nanohive than a remote explosive. If my heavy/squad cant use it its got no place on my equipment slot.
The low slots are wrong. Its the weakest of all of the medium frames, you have to stack HP. Throw away the kin cats, ferroscale plate, and the regulator. Replace with all enh/ complex armor plates with one or two reps. That wil get you roughly 700- 800 armor, or roughly an ADV gallene or amarr assault.
Minmatar Assault: Throw away the flaylock. Its bonus applies to the SMG, its the best side arm weapon to use on the assault.
Minmatar Sentinel: Get rid of the regulator and reactive plate, and fit ormal plate and a rep. The high slots should all be extenders.
Amarr sentinel: Replace forge gun with HMG. Replace Magsec with either the Smg or a scrambler pistol
Amarr commando: Replace drop uplink with nanohive.
Amarr Assult: Lose the precision enhancer. replace with either shield extender or damage modifier. Replace drop uplink with nanohives.
Amarr Logi: Change all of the high slots to shield extenders. Replace nano hive with repair tool.
Gallente Assault: Get rid of dampener, you cannot hide an assault suit from the most basic of passive scans. Replace that and the reactive plate with regular plates. You dont need a reactive plate with your already native high regen.
Gallente logi: Change the high slots to shields or damage. Precision does not help your active scanners in any way and wont pick up any scout. the low slots should reflect the assault suits and stack nothing but HP.
Caldari: For all of the suits you miss the fact that they all run at least one CPU module in the low slots to get the most out of their shields. You might of missed it if you are fitting basic modules on proto suits.
Caldari Assault: Get rid of the range amplifier, odd are, you would have to stack a cpu module in there anyway. Otherwise, a reactive plate/ armor rep is much more usefull.
Caldari Logi: Replace drop uplink with rep tool. Replace cardiac regulator with either a plate or reps.
Sidenote: Its nice to see the Caldari logi getting a side arm. Quote:Maybe this should be the Anti Vehicle Logi? mag sec and swarms and av grenades If so then maybe it could be an AV logi, the bonus to nano hives certainly would help set up any forge gun nests. Otherwise an AV logi is suicide.

AV grenades are only useful in conjuncture with nano hive and along with an AV fit, and a close range encounter.
The only AV fits you put together are the two comandos who don't have grenades slots, and the Forge gunners who are tower camping anyway, Av nades are useless for them and will just eat up their nano hives.
Fluxes are multi purpose, better at wounding shield tanks than AV grenades and also kill equipment. take down drosuit shields as well.
Armor vehicles have too much of a buffer to be really concerned with AV nades. and are too mobile. Two AV grenades alone are not enough to kill a vehicle, no use in puttting them on any regular suit. You wont do any serious damage untill you equip Lai Dais.
Once you get protoype grenades, the core locus spam is the best coice. There is no suit in the game that can survive two locus grenades, Most suits are a OHK when you factor in the bonus to Armor.
TL;DR they are the finishing blow/last resort in close range AV. If you aren't running AV on the ground then .it goes Core Locus> Flux grenades > Locus grenades > AV
