The point he was trying to make is that the Amarr have no close quarters weapons. So naturally, the Amarr-loyal mercs are just going to use what they have in close quarters anyway... If we had an Amarr SMG, we would have a close quarters weapon... Also, its not like the Gallente are hurting for gear variety. At all. Well, since we don't have a log rand weapon does that mean the AR can double for that? 100m+ please.

It's like people have never heard of the burst scrambler pistol or assault scrambler rifle before.
It's like people don't understand how unreliable the burst scp is and how easily outmatched it is compared to an actual smg of the same tier.

Your long range rifle is the tactical ar, your actually long range weapon is the PC that also doubles as a AV weapon. The Amarr on the other hand have no close range weapon actually worth a damn as the Ascr is just sad and the scp still over samples plus the burst scp is so horrible at hip fire it's basically a gamble to use the damn thing against a smg.
