I feel as If the Devs just don't do their jobs right, Concerning "Nerfing" , " Buffing" , and attempting to change numbers. Why Do I say this you ask ? Well for one :
There should really be someone testing all the game mechanics such as all the weapons and Vehicles.
Why isn't there a Dev skilled into everything ? Seriously !? Cheat your damn self into skilling into everything ! It's why you're Devs ! Make an Alt and DO IT ! I do not care if you say "Devs should not receive special privileges to the game" You are Game Moderators !
When you test stuff out, create a private server or something, and get to testing ! Do not rely on forum warriors and people on the forums to give back data, because the people you have giving back data that say "Aye Nerf This ! " or " Buff That " You have to factor in the suit he was shooting at, lag (if there was any) , Modded controllers, Damage Mods. As apposed to you just properly testing the stuff out.
When you Nerfed the ADS it was absolutely a one sided nerf, things you didn't take into consideration was:
1. Have you ever flown an ADS while being shot at by Proto Forges ?
2. Have you ever flown an ADS at all ?
3. Are there even any buildings to hide behind from Forges or Swarms ?
4. Is it even possible to strafe while being shot at ?
Test the Stuff Out Before You Really Change Anything !

FIrst off, I should start off by saying that CCP has actively stated that they don't rely solely on feedback from the Forums to balance items, but look at their data as well.
Truth be told, CCP's data showed that "they are hands down the most overpowered role in this game, and one of the most cost efficient roles ever" (as stated by CPMs Soraya and IWS.)

As for not having places to hide or evade Swarms, there are plenty of areas on maps that allow you to "dance" around structures to break the Swarmers lock. If you give me the name of the map, I'd be happy to point some of them out for you,
But only the obvious ones. Can't reveal all of the tricks and tips and make things too easy for you now can I?

Perhaps you need to go back to this thing that we call "Battle Academy".
Just file a help ticket and then be sure to write: "I'm so bad that I can't even survive a Swarm Launcher in a Python, may I go fight some other fellow scrub-sickles so that I can feel good about myself?"

I get the feeling you have never actually read a discussion about how things are tested and what data is used. You had your ADS get a little nerf and swarms get a little buff so now you cry. Did you complain about how CCP balanced the game when swarms literally could not kill some dropship and tank fits? I doubt it.
The ADS could not reasonably be killed by swarms prior to the changes, now they can.I know this seems wildly unfair to you.
Because, that's why.
