Officer level stats are not in yet, this is just the item being created so we have it ready to go. Making a new item takes specific deployments so we deployed them first so we can get it out sooner rather than adding all the stats and then waiting for a deployment to add the items.
Also, that's not an inventory screenshot, that's a showinfo window. No one has these yet and they're not in the loot tables yet.

However for the actual stats I'm looking at, try this (it's rough, but should give you an idea what you're in for. And no, it's not final yet either.) All numbers are compared to the base Prototype version (except where specified):
Officer Weapons Scrambler Rifle: Zoomed FOV 52 -> 35 Damage x1.1 Cooldown time 6 -> 4 Charge Time 2 -> 1.5
Shotgun: Absolute Range: x1.25 Effective Range: x1.25 Fire Interval: 0.7 -> 0.5 Fire Mode: Full Auto
Rail Rifle: Damage x1.1 (Zoomed) Max Kick Per Shot x0.6666666666 (Zoomed) Min Kick per Shot x0.6666666666 Max Kick Per Shot x0.6666666666 Min Kick Per Shot x0.6666666666 Charge Time 0.3 -> 0.1

Just FYI, the Laser Rifle with Amarr Assault Dropsuit V will not overheat even if you dump the full 120(!) round clip. And yes, this is by design.

I have a question to Ccp logi bro, isn't it better if the alex's HMG had an increase of 2x in damage instead of 1.85? Doing the dps math the dps is like 864(gastun), and my HMG has like 829 or something like that, but with the increase of 2 over the officer variation the "Breach HMG " would have the same dps, of course that is just a comment. But also if we take the 300 bullets of my HMG total damage it has like 12k damage compared to the gastun that has 9.8k if that was part of the main idea is cool.
With the Cr I have no complains, exactly what I asked, keep up the good work Ccp.
P.d. Please increase 1.85 to 2 for the HMG... :P
The new officer HMG is supposed to have DPS just above the normal Prototype HMG but below the existing Officer HMG. What it offers is amazing ammo conservation and the ability to fire for 12 seconds without overheating.

Managed to get a work around for the Shotgun, so Full Auto is locked in. Also decided the Charge Sniper needed some more love so the charge time is now halved.
