Oh, and along with increased CPU/PG, MLT Weapons also have significantly reduced clip sizes along with reload speed. Same charge. Less damage, higher fitting requirements. Damage should be same, with longer charge - like MLT Forge iirc MLT Forge Gun has increased reload times, and 3 rounds instead of 4. Like the lock on Swarm Launchers, their charge time is the same as the STD and other variants.
Just be glad that they went with lower damage as opposed to higher charging time.

And yeah, an increased charge time would make it even worse. Nah, it's just going to be easy for the bolt pistol guys - weapon is identical to the STD in everything except fitting costs. I hate to flog a dead horse, but the MLT Bolt Pistol has 3 rounds, as opposed to 4.
