Most rational people don't think dropships are weak right now, although the Incubus is very debatable. I can understand the confusion though. Most "Dropship" threads are filled with nothing but hateful vitriol, both for and against the nerf.

In your original post, you show a video of the pre-HF Delta Python and state that you could "hopefully get closer to" that; I seem to have misinterpreted that, but at the time it appeared as if you wish to buff it . I asked you simply because it seemed as if you thought they were underpowered, and I wanted to know why. I can assure you that beyond re-introducing vehicles, I no longer have agendas to push in vehicle threads. Thanks to you (and Derrith) for explaining your thoughts on the ADS though.
Understood. What I meant was I hope we could get closer to how the Incubus was, not so much the Python. I should have specified.
By reintroducing vehicles, do you mean the enforcer tanks and logistics variants? Because I'm totally on-board for that. I miss my Eryx so much...

Seriously though, if the objective was to make Dropships transport vehicles only, they've succeeded. I've seen little to no ADSs in the sky of late.
Give pythons their rate of fire back, give the ADSs a shield and armor buff. Make the small blaster for an ADS not suck ass. Don't allow skill stacking.
It's not like the ground troops can't hear the giant thing. It's the easiest sound to hear unless you're swimming in hives like Scrooge McDuck. Forgetting completely that you can see it at about 500 meters before it can see you.
I'm sure any pilot in this game could make a montage video of them being shot down and it would last twice as long as slaying montage. They take skill to fly and that skill is rewarded with the nerf hammer, while anyone learning the ropes is going to give up, or bleed out so much ISK they'll have to start blowing mercs in local chat for donations.

Yes, I'd like to see all of them back (maybe even a few new ones, like Logistics HAVs).
Though I'm not sure how to go about balancing the Marauders.

Do you mean the targeting reticule/aiming mechanism? Can you pinpoint some of the problems you feel it has? How would you improve it?
CCP changed the snipers reticule. It's possible they could do the same for dropships, although I'm not sure it needs to be changed currently.
